Join Heartwell Yoga for Storytime Yoga in Vernon Park!
We’ll use songs, stories, breath, yoga poses and relaxation to move through all of those after school feelings, along with the calming power of the natural world.
This class is perfect for kids of any age and a grownup. Please bring a towel or yoga mat.
*If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we will meet in the children’s section of the Joseph E. Coleman Library.
