Let’s Play: Simon Says, Bingo, Birding, Craft & Play @ Cobbs Creek Nature Playground

It’s winter, so let’s warm-up with some active play at the Cobbs Creek Nature Playground in this leisurely session. We’ll play some rounds of Simon Says, making sure to incorporate some nature-themed poses, then a round or two of BINGO, and then to top things off, we’ll offer kiddos a chance to get creative with a winter themed craft.

Kids in attendance can use our loaner kid-friendly binoculars to stroll about the Cobbs Creek trail(s), with their parent/guardian, to possibly see some birds that reside in/around the area.  If all the active play, birding, and/or craft aren’t enough, kids can continue the warmth of play by enjoying time at the playground.

Keep in mind that this is a completely outdoor session (dress/plan accordingly).  Attendees are welcome to drop-in or out of the session, as they’d like. Normally there is street parking close to the playground, allowing opportunity to warm-up in the car in between play, if needed.
