Fly, Fly, Butterfly: Nature Loop, Birds & Color Butterfly Suncatchers (@ Wissahickon)

Join us for an easy nature walk loop within the Wissahickon. While on our walk, we’ll keep our eyes open for birds and butterflies and/or other fluttering creatures that may be out and about. During this session, we’ll also allow time for kiddos to create/decorate a butterfly window cling suncatcher.

START TIME: 11:00am (Please arrive on-time, since we cannot guarantee waiting for late-comers for the nature walk portion.)

Meet Location:  Wissahickon Environmental Center (also known as, “The Tree House”).  The Tree House will NOT be open, though waiting in the vicinity of the parking lot, near the Tree House, or on the porch of the Tree House is fine.

Suggested Parking: Park in the upper lot, located at 990 W. Northwestern Ave., Phila, PA.  Once parked, look for a directional sign that says, “Wissahickon Environmental Center (or The Tree House)” and follow the path.  If you do not see our Educator, please contact us at 866-878-3595.
