Join Heartwell Yoga for a family yoga class where we’ll explore the natural world in springtime through yoga and mindfulness. We’ll use songs, stories, breath, movement and relaxation to celebrate the season of spring surrounded by the beautiful Awbury Arboretum! This class is perfect for kids of any age and a grownup. Please bring a towel or yoga mat.
