Family Yoga for Beginners

Bring the whole family for a low-key intro to yoga in the DiSilvestro Rec Center, with yoga mats and instruction provided by Sport of Life Inc. Due to space limitations, this indoor program will be split into two sessions: Session A (11AM-12PM) and Session B (12-1PM). Please register for only one session to allow other families the opportunity to participate. Families are welcome to explore the newly renovated playground just outside the Rec Center before/after their session to get some fresh air.

Parking: On street parking is available on the side streets surrounding the Rec Center.
