You are attending an event where photographs may be taken for the purpose of publicity and marketing of Prescribe Outside (PO). If you choose not to be photographed, please let one of our staff know. If you do not so notify one of our staff, your attendance at this event gives PO your permission to use the photographs — which contain your image — for development/fundraising, publicity and marketing purposes, including but not limited to: social media, the PO website; and advertising, and you agree that you will not hold PO liable in any way for any such use.
