The Community Nurse Advocacy Fellowship (CNAF) of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia is a nine-month cohort designed for nurses interested in improving pediatric health within the community. This group of nurses provides holistic and culturally effective care to patients and their families through community-based agencies such as Prescribe Outside.
