Meadow Stroll, S’mores, and Winter Play

Be guided on a winter walk/stroll along a short portion of the Houston Meadow trail.  The trail finishes at the Houston Recreation Center, where there’s a playground for kids to enjoy.  While at the playground, feel free to join us in making a s’more using our tabletop s’mores kit.

Meeting Location: next to Courtesy Horse Stables, 901 E. Cathedral Rd., Philadelphia, PA 19128

There is street parking, though the trailhead is not highly visible, which is why we meet near the Stables.

NOTE:  The walk/stroll does NOT end at the Stables where we meet.  However, the ending point for the walk/stroll is only a 5-minute paved walk from the Stables meeting point.  The stroll is along flat, dirt pathways, which can be slightly narrow at times, and is appropriate for all ages.  It is not very stroller-friendly.
