Learn to Geocache & Nature Crafts

Drop-in any time between 11:00am – 2:30pm, to get outdoors and get a feel for what it’s like to use a handheld GPS unit to go on a scavenger hunt.  You’ll get a basic introduction to geocaching and will then see if you can navigate your way to find the hidden gems close by. This is NOT a driving GPS unit and participants walk within the park area with our Educators to find the hidden “treasures.”  After, you can enjoy time walking the along the grounds of FDR Park.  Session is taking place at the FDR Playspace, located in front of the Community Clubhouse (1954 Pattison Ave).
