Flower Power Kid’s Walk in FDR Park, Philadelphia

Join us for a family-friendly walk to learn about the plants that live in FDR Park, and make your own plant ID guide! Take a slow stroll around the lake, say hello to the Spring Wildlife, and take home a homemade plant ID guide.
This walk will be 1.5 miles, about a half hour walk on a flat, paved path. The path is stroller-friendly, however be prepared for cracked pavement, leaves and rocks. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Restrooms are available near the meeting location.
Be prepared for the weather and wet surfaces with proper shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
Registrants will be emailed exact location details in the days leading up to the outing.

Parking is available onsite; this location is also public transit accessible via the Broad Street Line or several buses.
