Cardio Champs!

February is Heart Health Month! Led by Sport of Life Inc., children and their families will learn how to monitor their heart rates with an indoor game before taking a brisk stroll across the street to Awbury Arboretum. Special thanks to Awbury Recreation Center and Awbury Arboretum for hosting this program!

Where to meet: Awbury Rec Center (parking lot is available)
What to wear: Comfortable clothing/shoes you can move in (indoors and outside)
What to bring: Your family and friends!
